Return and Replacement Policy

We hope you are satisfied with each Herbalix purchase you make. We believe in our products and their quality. As our products are unique and therapeutic, there may be some differences in perception, performance and purpose. We respectfully ask that before you request a return for any product please email us with your concerns or questions. We are available to hear your specific needs and work through any challenges you may face while transitioning to our products. For return policy, see below.

Returns at a Retail Store

If you purchased an Herbalix product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy to avoid return shipping fees to Herbalix. However, if the store cannot accept your return, you may return the product directly via the return process below.  We cannot reimburse for any out of state sales tax charges.

Returns to Herbalix

You may return your unopened, unused product(s), gift sets and/or kits (complete kits only) by mail for a refund or product exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase, if you include your original receipt and/or invoice. After 30 days, or without a receipt, the product may be returned by mail for an exchange of equal value.  After 60 day returns can not be accepted.

We cannot give refunds, credits, or exchanges for featured specials, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized online auctions or resellers. Please note that repackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. Herbalix reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Herbalix reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items purchased after 30 days.

We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, or USPS mail services with tracking capabilities. Sorry, however, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.

Please include the following information with your return: if you are requesting a refund (provide original receipt or invoice showing product was purchased within the last 30 days).  If you are seeking a replacement, the reason for the return, the price paid and a description of the item you are returning. Your return will be processed promptly and all exchanges will be shipped via the most economical shipping method. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 10-12 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Broken or Damaged Goods – Always Check Your Package upon arrival for damages during shipment
